Iron Forge RevEngine · The gameplan
Look like the position you hold, in 90 days.
Made to Measure is the new Iron Forge method: body, look and presence as one system, in the order that keeps a busy man consistent. The visible win first, the body underneath, the clothes last, so nothing is bought twice.
The old offer sold one layer, once.
A fitness programme with style as an optional extra.
Every buyer in the evidence bought a fitness programme. Style was sold as a ₹15K to ₹30K add-on and was dropped almost every time. Yet the outcome men describe on the calls is confidence, respect and a look that fits the man they are. The new offer integrates the look: style is the payoff of the body, never an add-on.
There is nothing to graduate into.
Every client is structurally a one-time buyer, because no continuity product exists. It cannot be patched with retention tactics. The continuity circle is built into the method, and reactivation of past buyers is part of the launch. After the sale, collection is weak too: ₹6.74L sits in 21 overdue instalments.
Sales calls promise things delivery does not have.
A weekly Google Meet with Danny, an app with personalised Danny videos, a team of endocrinologists and dietitians, an unconditional "free until you do", and the same programme quoted anywhere from ₹45K to ₹85K. None of it is in delivery today. From now on there is one price, a list of what can be said, and one line on who coaches: Danny assigns an experienced coach, Coach Rayyan.
The senior professional whose change is seen.
Founders and business owners, CXOs, VPs and directors, consultant doctors, and the son who now runs the family business. Roughly 30 to 45. He decides alone and pays without a parent or a split. His name carries weight in rooms, so when he changes, people ask who did it.
He wants to look and carry himself like the position he already holds.
Core: the budget goes here
| # | Segment | His pain | His outcome |
|---|---|---|---|
| C1 | The founder and business owner | Travel and client dinners wreck food, sleep and drink; looks tired in front of clients and staff | A routine that survives travel. Looks like he runs the room he walks into |
| C2 | The CXO, VP and director | Back-to-back meetings, a body that does not match the title, on camera and on stage more than ever | Looks the part of the title: sharp on stage, on calls, in the boardroom |
| C3 | The heir who runs it | In his father's shadow; elders, staff and vendors still see the son | Carries himself like the man in charge |
| C4 | The consultant doctor | Long duties, conferences with drinking, preaches health and does not look it | Looks the authority patients and peers expect |
| C5 | The senior professional abroad | Alone, eating out, long hours, no one watching | Goes home and the family sees a different man |
Outside in, in four steps.
The market says get fit first, dress better later. Made to Measure fixes what people see first (it is fast and costs almost nothing), builds the frame underneath, and finishes with clothes made for the body he has earned. He gets compliments in week two, so he keeps going through the months the body needs.
Measure
Week 0Bloods, a full day-in-the-life audit, measurements and photos, a style and grooming audit, his statement moment and its date. His plan is built from his numbers.
Reset
Weeks 1 to 2The look, nothing size-dependent: haircut and beard for his face, skin, posture, fit fixes on clothes he owns. "Something's different" by day 14.
Build
To week 12 or 24The frame: shoulders up, waist down. Nutrition from his bloods, a routine around his calendar, travel and dinner protocols. Danny reviews at day 30, 60, 90.
Finish
The last 2 to 4 weeksPresence, his statement-moment prep, and the wardrobe measured by Danny's tailor for the body he now has. The graduation shoot.
A way in, a core, and a reason to stay.
One price, given once, on the call.
Over three months, about ₹25,000 a month. Instalments available.
Its own tier, not the same total stretched. For the bigger gap or a frame rebuild.
₹499 to ₹2,999 in India; $25 to $50 abroad. The exact price inside the range is still to set.
